I’ve got a membership for my new 2025 car at the Brown Beer car wash, and it’s really a great car wash. Our cars get cleaned very well, and the staff is excellent and hardworking. However, there’s one issue: the towels they use to dry the cars are in poor condition, and I’ll attach some photos to show you. Please pay attention to this, because it can damage our vehicles. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with the Brownveer car wash. Thank you.

I’m paying $44 a month, and even though I only requested one more car fragrance, they absolutely failed to provide any customer satisfaction.
