I visited the Ballard location recently during a very quiet time of day and the two associates, Andrew and Eli, should be acknowledged for their customer service! My car was extremely dirty from parking outside from fall residue and birds. Andrew informed I could go thru multiple times so I took him up on it! They both took extra time to scrub my car before entering the wash each time with a smile and a wave. Bravo!

Super easy and straightforward to use - staff friendly and carwash was great (both in terms of quality and 'shock & awe' value for my toddler who loved it). They have several stalls for vaccuuming car interiors as well, which included microfiber towels and cleaning solution. We'll be back!

Very happy with their basic monthly plan. Love that they notify you a week before they charge for the next month and automatically stop billing if you haven’t gone after a while. In a world of forgotten about subscriptions, Brown Bear shows they’re honest and ethical. Car comes out looking WAY better than Costco’s and many more locations to choose from as well. Never had any damage or swirl marks. Highly recommend!
