Inappropriate, irrelevant and insulting noting during charting. Extremely unprofessional. Pick favorites with divorced parents. If you think this place is good I encourage you to read their notes on you. Because even if you are the parent that gives 110% they will talk badly about both parents. Scary to bring your kids here

I can’t say enough about this practice! Every person from pediatricians to medical assistants to front desk staff are kind, caring, and attentive. We never have to wait. They always have same day visits available. I feel my child is getting amazing care and so happy to have found this practice.

I went here as a child and now both of my girls go here and they are amazing! Never once had a bad experience. Staff from administrative to nurses to physicians are all exceptional and I truly feel like my girls are thoroughly cared for and I am never left worried as a mom! I feel comfortable calling at any hour for a “silly” question with no hesitation, couldn’t recommend enough❤️

I barely ever leave reviews but I have to for this office!! I went here as a child and loved it. Now I am 28 and my son goes here and has been going here since birth. He is 6 now. His doctor is Webster and she is the kindest most caring woman I've ever met!! EVERY nurse and doctor here is great. I've had experiences with each one of them. I can't think of a time I've ever picked up the phone and called them when my son was sick and they weren't able to see him. A nurse always calls me back for questions or sees me in the OFFICE that day. ALWAYS! If you want a doctors office for your child I highly recommend them. You'll get complete reliability and amazing service . I will always recommend Bald Hill Pediatrics to anyone !! Good job everyone 😄
