We and our dog Whiskey absolutely love Brown Dog Lodge. Great staff that are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They always have great events for each season an holiday! Love you guys!! Whiskey Dog & family!!

I honestly cannot say enough about the facility and the workers. My Bucky gets so excited when I tell him we are going to daycare and he can work is front desk shift with Jimerea and Cat. Then he goes back to daycare and Ethan gives in to the demands for attention. Tessa and Brook post the best pictures of him and Steven keeps him looking like the handsome boi he is. He'd probably write his own adoption ad if I stopped taking him to see his friends at daycare.

I recently brought my girlfriend’s 11-month-old Sheltie, Panda, to Browndog Lodge in Germantown for grooming and a day of daycare, and I could not be more impressed. Panda came home looking incredible—Steven, his groomer, did a fantastic job. Panda’s coat was bright, fluffy, and neatly shaped, and even a few days later he still smells clean. You can tell Steven knows exactly how to work with Shelties and takes real pride in his craft. The overall environment at Browndog Lodge feels better than ever. Sydney, the new General Manager, has brought so much life, energy, and color into the place. The atmosphere is welcoming, organized, and clearly well-led. You can genuinely feel the difference when you walk in. The assistant managers, Brooke and Alannah, were also great to interact with. Brooke was warm, professional, and on top of everything, and Alannah was awesome with Panda during daycare—he came home tired, happy, and clearly loved on. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, upbeat place for grooming, daycare, or boarding, Browndog Lodge in Germantown deserves the highest recommendation. Panda will definitely be back!

I was really excited to try this place because of the great reviews, but unfortunately, our experience wasn’t what I expected. I asked for a teddy bear cut, but my dog was shaved extremely short and even came home with a small cut near her eye that has been bleeding. She had some mats in her coat, but I was never told they would shave all her hair off. The grooming also took seven hours, which felt excessive. This was her first time being groomed outside our home, and she came back very sad afterward.

Excellence! From our 1st call, to the one my wife made yesterday asking about the shampoo they used. They displayed a spirit of excellence. We were in Memphis for a Ducks Unlimited National Leadership Conference. Our National Youth and Engagement Director highly recommended them. Nothing we saw in the Macon/Warner Robins area fit our needs. One was cramped, warm/hot, stunk like urine, others would not accommodate a large breed, unspaded chocolate lab, despite being well trained and very obedient. But rules are rules. You will love the web cam, pictures and text messages from your dog telling about their day.
