Bruncheon Las Colinas is an amazing brunch spot where modern ambience meets classic diner vibes. The food was absolutely delicious! We tried the fried chicken with gravy, which was crispy, comforting, and full of flavor, and the build-your-own omelette with biscuits—super satisfying and perfectly done. Even the coffee was fantastic, which always seals the deal for a great brunch place. Cozy, flavorful, and definitely worth coming back for!

Stopped here for brunch after a half marathon nearby and it was packed. I was concerned that the service might be an issue, but was pleasantly surprised that the wait time and attentiveness were very good. The food was average at best. While the idea of the Mexican Eggs Benedict was good the execution was not. The English muffin was neither toasted nor dressed - it appeared as if it was just sliced straight from a bag. And the hollandaise lacked flavor and seemed to have been sitting a while. However, the flavor of the bacon, chorizo, and avocado helped salvage the other execution misses. It might be worth another try on a day that doesn't have a special event in the area.

Loved this brunch spot by the beautiful Las Colinas canals—gave me Riverwalk vibes but quieter and charming. I was surprised (in the best way!) to find matcha drinks, which you don’t usually see at brunch places. The food came out hot and delicious, and the atmosphere was super pleasant. Friendly staff made the experience even better. Definitely a new favorite!

The food was really good! They have a nice variety of interesting combos to choose from. Service was a little slow though. It took longer to get our coconut matcha (which was great) and caramel latte coffee (eh) than it took to receive our food. It feels more like a diner from the atmosphere inside and the food selection. Sitting outside seems nicer.

Normally when food looks “Cool” I get nervous. However, this food was honestly good. I ordered the Sunshine mountain French Toast. The portion size was really huge and I had to take some home. The French toast was sweet and the chicken had flavor. (I was not a fan of the gravy). The restaurant and nice but I did ask for an extra place and it wasn’t the cleanest. I came here on a Sunday for brunch, and I don’t believe there was enough staff for how packed it was. I was seated at the table over 10 minutes before someone greeted me.
