I cannot recommend Bryant Accounting highly enough! Tax season can be incredibly stressful, but Bryant made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Their attention to detail and expertise in the tax field is truly impressive. What really stood out to me was their commitment to finding the best financial outcomes possible! Communication is excellent and any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly!

Bryant & Associates is a great accounting firm. I have used them for years now. They are thorough, quick to answer my questions and I know I have nothing to worry about with my taxes. They make the stress of taxes seamless.

Parents & I had our taxes done without issues for many years with a CPA in Beatrice until she sold out to these guys. From my experience with people I suspected these people would be horrible and they definitely are. They have a horrible process that eliminates the customer from the process. The previous CPA would do a review with her clients, virtually eliminating the possibility of problem & errors. These guy don't want to talk to the customer giving them the opportunity to bring up & discuss tax related subjects. They want some sort of assembly line, I guess talking to the customer takes too much time & feel it's an unnecessary expenditure of time. Bobbie still did our taxes the first year with Bryant and even with covid, we communicated & got that year's taxes done correctly. Once she retired for good, Bryant's shoddy, demanding, rude, and some combination of poor character and/or being poorly qualified or simply doing shoddy work, they hosed up my mother's taxes two years in a row. I don't know going rates, but they seem rather expensive, especially for the shoddy work and horrible customer service. They don't really do questions, we had some tax related forms that said to consult your CPA. I guess they don't need to bother doing CPA related questions, or they do it very poorly. I had gotten an incomplete answer from one of them, when I went to do it, I found their answer wasn't really applicable to the form I was inquiring about. When I tried to follow up with her I was ghosted by the CPA. I had to go to the top to get some sort of answer, but I don't have very much confidence in the advise given.

I was a customer of another accounting & tax firm down in Beatrice for about 10 years, until they were bought out by Bryant & associates. I filed my taxes with Bryant for about 5 years I believe. What really disappointed me with Bryant is there no longer any face to face interaction. I used to sit down and go over the numbers with my CPA in person and would have E-filing done just a couple days after my appointment. Bryant likes you to just drop your tax documents off and it takes a very long time to get them back. This last year I was charged $400 for a very simple return. I had one W2 only worked in 1 state no itemizing just an average return. After reviewing my return I noticed a major issue. I had to call and have my return reworked. I was not even offered an apology for the mistake. For $400 I expect perfection and at least a hard copy and organized tax binder like I used to get. Now all I get is a digital copy online and a hard copy cost $25 on top of the outrageous fees they have started to charge. I will definitely not be returning!!!

Bryant & Associates took the time to review our entity structure which in turn saved us tens of thousands in taxes each year! They now handle all of our accounting and payroll needs, which gave us more time to focus on our business. We strongly recommend using them for your small business accounting!
