Mark has been our CPA for several years and we're very satisfied with his entire office's expertise and professionalism. Recently my mother moved to Nebraska from Colorado and Mark & Emily were instrumental in getting her past and current tax returns processed correctly. I would not feel comfortable recommending this tax firm to friends or family. Several of our family members were also clients, but have since chosen to leave following recent changes in the consulting team. After our long-term consultant—whom we had worked with for over eight years—was no longer with the firm, I raised my concerns with CEO Mark Burch. Unfortunately, I found his response dismissive and lacking in consideration for our longstanding relationship with the firm. Rather than addressing our concerns, he informed us that pricing would increase across the board and suggested we explore other firms that might better suit our needs, particularly with experience in agricultural or "farm" tax matters. Our fee increased by approximately 50% compared to the previous year, which we found excessive and unjustified. Overall, the experience left us feeling undervalued and disappointed.

Mark has always done amazing work for my businesses and family. I can say many amazing things about him and any of his team members I’ve worked with over the years. Always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions, and always in an outstanding timeframe. Being an out of state customer is no problem with the tax portal and quick responses.
