I am 70 plus old woman and I found Btrainerfitness through word of mouth .I have always been an active person and in good health and I wanted to give this place a try . What I found was a very professional, empathetic, motivating and reasonably priced individual . I came back after the first 6 weeks ended . He did not try to sell me on his services and he emphasizes the form and listens to the concerns of the individual. He caters to all age groups and is phenomenal. You will get in shape if you work with him . I am very happy and getting stronger by the day .

I walked into BTainerFitness demoralized and in pain due to injuries and a lengthy time of inactivity. Braulio developed a program specific to my needs - both mentally and physically. I canceled quite a bit, belly ached quite a bit and Braulio stayed committed to my journey by adapting the program and believing in my recovery until I did. His ability and expertise to train at a functional level as well as understand human behavior is what sets him apart from other trainers.

The only gym where it’s always Friday! Really fun and friendly place to work out alongside clients with all kinds of goals, and most importantly, a great coach. I’ve been working with Braulio (“B”) for 4 months; I’m really happy with the results so far, and the process has been a lot more fun than expected thanks to Braulio’s effervescent personality. I came to Braulio with an old shoulder injury and no background in strength training. He has been fantastic at rehabilitating my shoulder alongside progressive strength and fitness training. Doing an individualized plan in a group setting makes the whole experience more enjoyable and more affordable. Highly recommended!

If you are a beginner and don’t know where/how to start or more experienced and looking for a push to get to that next level, BTRAINERFITNESS is the place to go! I have been training with B for several years now and cannot recommend him enough! He is very knowledgeable and customizes workouts for injuries, your fitness level and goals. He pushes you hard and will hold you accountable but balances that with his lively personality, which keeps it fun!

B started training my husband and I before our wedding in 2023. He was the best at helping us meet our goals so we could go into our wedding feeling and looking our best. He is very knowledgable about injuries and able to work with my husband through back pain and after a hernia surgery. As I am now expecting my first baby, he he has also been great about helping me work out in a way that is safe for me and my future baby, while also setting me up to be as healthy as possible as I prepare for the birth. I cannot recommend B enough!
