I had an amazing experience with Universal Auto Detailing. They detailed my Audi and made it look exactly like the day I drove it off the showroom floor—honestly, maybe even better. ve had my car detailed by other places before, but Universal Detailing in Columbus, OH is on a completely different level. The owner was incredibly thorough, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He even provided before-and-after photos, which really showed how much care and effort he put into every inch of my car. And the fact that he did this level of work in the middle of winter? Unreal. My car looks better than it has in years — inside and out. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the results. If you want someone who goes above and beyond, this is your guy. I’m officially done with every detailer I’ve used before. Universal Detailing has earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend! 🙌🚘✨

Have you ever spilled a gallon of exterior paint in your car seat? No? Well I have! I was terrified I was going to have to replace the whole seat and carpeting. In desperation I called this detailing shop at 5:30pm (about ten minutes after it happened). Sebastian answered the phone and said he would wait for me to arrive even though they were closing at 6pm. Besides the gallon of paint my car is an absolute wreck due to having four kids and being a travel nurse. I basically live out of my car for work, and I haven't had this car cleaned for 4-5 years besides the weekly surface wipe and quick sweeping I do myself. It's a rolling garbage can. I'm not proud of it but, I bet half of Columbus has the same problem. If you do! You don't need to look any further. This is your detail shop! The pictures speak for themselves. I'll be back for sure.

Thank you Universal Detailing! The guys did an amazing job with my car, it looks great on the inside and outside. Looks like new. I’m so happy with the service they provided. I’d recommend universal to everyone, 10/10! Best in town, no doubt!
