I've had an excellent experience renting through this agency. The entire process was straightforward and transparent from the start, which made everything stress-free. I dealt with Isabella and communication has been consistently prompt and clear whenever I've needed to get in touch. Check-in was seamless and well-organized, and I was pleased to find the property in excellent condition, well-maintained and spotlessly clean. It's clear they take pride in looking after both their properties and their tenants. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property. They're a breath of fresh air in the lettings arena that is Manchester.

Amazing experience, Ellouise had us in a flat we love the day after we walked into Buckley Frayne. Very happy with everything so far.

We had a wonderful experience working with Eloise from Buckley Frain during our recent property search. She was the first person to show us the apartment and supported us throughout the entire process, from reference checks to documentation, making everything incredibly smooth and efficient. All communication was handled via emails and calls, and both were consistently quick, clear, and well organised. We had been looking for a place for quite some time, so we truly appreciated how seamless and convenient the process felt with Eloise. This was our first time handling everything on our own without external help, and her guidance made a huge difference. Despite the Christmas holiday period, the entire process moved remarkably fast, and we were able to secure the property within two weeks, which is genuinely impressive. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and clarity were outstanding. Absolutely amazing work. We are really glad we connected with Eloise and Buckley Frain, and very happy with the property. Highly recommended.

Buckley Frayne have been great since taking over the management of my property. Communication has been clear and professional from the start, and everything has been handled efficiently and with care. It’s a real relief to know my property is in safe hands. Amileigh in particular has been fantastic from the moment she took over the management of my property. She’s professional, responsive, and always goes the extra mile to keep things running smoothly. Her clear communication and friendly approach have made the whole process so much easier — she’s been an absolute credit to Buckley Frayne.
