I have used Edward Carter Properties a few times now to let our flat, and i can honestly say Arfan has been fantastic. He has been incredibly efficient, detailed and helpful through every part of the process. He is quick to respond to any questions and helped us get hold of a contractor when we didn't have one. I would highly recommend them.

I am an overseas landlord, and for years my apartment had been badly managed by a number of agents. This year 2025, we found Arfan of Edward Carter, who had been instrumental in advising and showing us step by step in getting our apartment back in shape, and even manage to help us found good tenants during off season period.
