After injuring my back 4 years ago and trying everything from physical therapy to specialists to specific medications, a friend told me about Leslie. Aside from being one of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet, Leslie’s skill and acumen has given me a path back to my life, before my injury. The depth of knowledge and absolute focus Leslie shares in each session is invaluable. During our first session, she asked me about my body and what was going on. After describing my injury and pain, with absolute confidence she responded, “We’re gonna take care of that.” I have been working with Leslie for about 6 months and am so grateful and relieved with the progress we have made. You will not find a more skilled practitioner or, as I said before, a lovelier person than Leslie Green~ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!

Leslie is an incredible Pilates Instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body, breathing patterns and is gifted in her sense to teach and guide you through each positions. She glows with positivism and has an incredible heart! Hands down the BEST instructor I have ever had!

Leslie is absolutely amazing! From the minute you step into her home/workout studio you feel at ease. I was a beginner and had never done pilates on a reformer before and she made it less intimidating and made me feel comfortable. She is very educated on the human body and truly tailors your workout to your body and needs. I highly recommend her!!

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Leslie. She is worth every penny! I have been taking Pilates for over a decade and you will be hard pressed to find another instructor that is as knowledgeable, kind, flexible and passionate about the Pilates profession. Leslie has a keen eye for your form, offers workouts that match your level and ability, as well as how you are feeling on any given day. Her style incorporates rehabilitation when needed which is complimented by her nurturing soul. At times I walk in achy or sore and she will not only provide me a challenging workout, but my aches and pains will dissipate. I highly recommend Leslie!

I whole heartedly recommend Providence Pilates. Since I began working with Leslie over 10 months ago (private sessions 2x week), I have seen great improvement in my core strength and muscle tone. Each of my sessions is personalized to address exactly where my body is that day. Her knowledge of different Pilates series and exercises seems limitless! Her studio is immaculate and her equipment is state of the art. Most importantly, Leslie has been a huge source of encouragement and self confidence for me. I have loved my experience there!
