Leslie is an incredible Pilates Instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body, breathing patterns and is gifted in her sense to teach and guide you through each positions. She glows with positivism and has an incredible heart! Hands down the BEST instructor I have ever had!
Leslie is absolutely amazing! From the minute you step into her home/workout studio you feel at ease. I was a beginner and had never done pilates on a reformer before and she made it less intimidating and made me feel comfortable. I have been taking Pilates for over a decade and you will be hard pressed to find another instructor that is as knowledgeable, kind, flexible and passionate about the Pilates profession. Leslie has a keen eye for your form, offers workouts that match your level and ability, as well as how you are feeling on any given day. Her style incorporates rehabilitation when needed which is complimented by her nurturing soul.
