An amazing boxing experience!!! John is a true expert at what he does- he creates a welcoming environment for people starting at all levels in boxing or fitness and gives perfect, patient coaching to help you improve over time. He puts a lot of thought into crafting well rounded and creative sessions with every workout or boxing round. He will challenge you to push yourself every time but you will never feel defeated, always empowered and motivated to come back! I’ve tried everything and always struggled to make time for exercise. Now, I look forward to my sessions every week at Johnny’s and my strength, overall fitness and endurance is better than it’s been in decades. It will be one of your favorite things to do each week.
