I appreciate the pick up after someone hit my car. I was taken away by ambulance. I didn't call them, I'm sure law enforcement did. What absolutely boggles the mind is how I got a notice 8 days after the accident to let me know they have my car!? I'm glad I was already on top of things and had my insurance pick up for repairs days ago.. was informed this goes out anytime y'all get a car, np. My discord is the 8 days later!..was contacted by someone at the location and I listened . They are just like the rest of us, shipping carriers are not always on point. I appreciate what y'all do and thank you for dealing with the us when we are upset and stressed. The best part of a strained situation is these people! Thank you

Car issues are already stressful and can make the average person angry. Not only was I that person but the owner contacted me and explained how they work and like the rest of us, they deal with late shipping from carriers. I respect them immensely and will gladly promote and do business with for life!

Horrible experience. My husband got crashed into and they towed his truck. Guy stayed being rude speaking to my husband as if he's slow any time we tried to schedule an appointment. And whoever towed the truck left the keys in the ignition and locked the doors so when we went to get our stuff out it wasn't possible. Since we can't get in our vehicle.

They towed my car, and it's fine that they had to tow it, but they damaged it, and they never had the guts to take responsibility for the damage. I let them know, and they admitted to damaging it, but they never took responsibility for fixing or paying for the damage to my car.
