An absolute gem of gym. Staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly. Helping newcomers feel welcomed and accommodated. The level of training this gym offers is vast; from wellness and exercising all the way to high level competing and fighting. Coach Christian and coach Mike extremely knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to work on their fitness, learn some fundamentals techniques, compete, and or develop some self defense life skills. 10/10 would recommend.

For a start the coach as worked with fighters for a long time and really knows what he's talking about. Not to mention the elite boxers who will help you with anything you need.Even if your not planning to fight, this place can really get you in shape. In three weeks I went from barely being able to run one mile, to being able to do 4. Even better 100 dollars a month for 2 hours and 30 minutes a day is a steal.
