I've been a regular at this gym, but there are a few recurring issues that really need attention: Boxing Classes Interfering with Workout Areas: The boxing classes consistently occupy the space around the sled machine, making it nearly impossible for other members to use it. This setup isn't ideal, and it would be much better if the classes were held in a designated area away from shared equipment. Equipment Maintenance: Certain machines keep breaking down repeatedly, and the repair times are much too long. It would make more sense for management to invest in additional units of the most frequently used and commonly broken machines. This would help reduce downtime and improve member experience. Air Conditioning Issues During the summer months, the gym is uncomfortably hot until mid-afternoon because the AC isn't turned on early enough. By 2 PM, it’s already too warm for the system to catch up. Turning on the AC in the morning would make a huge difference, but unfortunately, it seems like cost-cutting is being prioritized over member comfort. Overall, it’s frustrating that these basic issues haven’t been addressed. I truly wish there were another gym nearby with better management practices.

Xpress Fitness!! Only $25 a month for the membership here. It’s hard to pick what I like best about this gym! I’ve been going to gyms & into fitness for 20+ years. I’ve lived in 13 states in America & been a member of corporate gyms & small gyms all over. Some of my favorites are In-Shape & 24 hour fitness. Xpress Fitness has only been open for two years & the improvements & maintenance made in equipment have been outstanding. This place is always kept clean This gym has every piece of equipment you need in a conventional gym like benches free weights & cable machines. plus all the extras like deadlifting platform, row machines, fitness studio with a variety of classes, boxing membership going 4 days a week for two hours for only $140 a month!! Conveniently located on shields & Brawley here on the west side of Fresno. Before this place there was nothing in the area so it would make sense if this gym opened just to take advantage of people & make money. However that’s not the case! The management & employees are very professional & quick to address all your questions, concerns & even suggestions. Looking forward to seeing what new equipment comes in next & so grateful for this awesome & friendly gym. Also the gym members here have a good understanding of gym etiquette & are pleasant to be around while getting a workout in. Much love & respect Xpress!
