Our water bill this past month was insanely high so we had Busy Bee come out and do an inspection. Chris Phillips helped us out and he was awesome! He did a full inspection, asked great questions, and fixed the small leak we had under the house. We’ve had a bad experience in the past working with plumbers in the area. We will definitely be using Busy Bee again!

Brandon with Busy Bee changed out our leaking toilet. This gentleman was kind, polite and knowledgeable. Brandon could not have been kinder, made sure we were taken care of during the ice storm and cold. This is the third time we have used Busy Bee, a truly honest and reliable company.

I cannot say recommend enough! I had a pipe burst inside a wall in my house and water was flooding the floor. I called a couple of places and the earliest either one could see me was the next day in the afternoon. I called Busy Bee and immediately talked to a real person (means more than you think) and someone came out immediately! I was so shocked. The price was pretty high but the leak was inside the wall so it’s kind of understandable. My repair man was Daniel Adkins and he was phenomenal! So fast, efficient, and also very kind! You could tell he knew what he was doing. The poor guy even brought out a shovel trying to get in the crawl space to try and locate the leak. I’m not sure what he gets paid but it’s probably not enough for that! Great experience!

Technician was very helpful and had good knowledge on the equipment and testing. (I never give 5 stars due to there is always room to improve) closet 5 star I could have given. Good communication with office. Kept in the loop with updates and what to expect. Would certainly recommend the company. HVAC and also Plumbing. K

Finally an AC company I can rely on! Zach W the technician was super knowledgeable and so friendly! Pictures were taken and Zach took his time to explain each picture. The service was above and beyond! I wasn’t upsold on anything, instead I was given facts. No pressure put on me like all other companies do. I’m very happy I finally found a great company I can continue to use!
