Excellent prompt and friendly service at a great price. I have added them to my contacts in case we have any further needs. Call and ask for Cristina, she is super friendly and also speaks Spanish! Martin was the driver and he had our truck picked up, delivered and unloaded at our yard in no time. These are the guys you want to call.
Fantastic customer service! Didn’t have to wait on hold at all, the driver showed up in under 30 minutes and got to the drop off quickly and safely. I rode in the truck and I’m usually a nervous passenger but I felt comfortable the whole way there. 10/10 would call on for a breakdown again
I needed to get a boat towed from the street to a storage unit. Their customer service was exceptional! Within 10 minutes they were able to give me a quote and schedule the pick-up. They had the driver out to the location within 30 minutes. The driver was so nice, helpful and patient. If you ever need a tow, this is a great company!
I have to transfer a forklift from San Jose to Fremont. I called the company where I bought it, the company does provide transfer service, but the price is much higher. When I call C and S Towing to see if they can do such service. I was pleasantly surprised not only they could handle the special equipment, but also the price was unbeatable. The office lady was very nice to follow up with me. We made an appointment for the following week. The driver showed up on time and handled professionally with courtesy. I definitely will use them again and highly recommend C and S Towing.
After calling 3 others services, this company was the cheapest at a flat fee of $99. After giving my address the truck was there in 12 minutes! He was personable enough and came across as a honest guy. Also I was expecting to need to push my car to get it in place, but he instead put the car in neutral and rolled it backwards across the long driveway where it needed to be!
