I recently had some work done on a 2018 Subaru Outback. It was essentially a 60K maintenance, but I was way overdue for that service. Serviced the transmission, new plugs, plug wires etc, and numerous other checks with a detailed report, and pics. The car was done in one day. I am very pleased! They are very thorough, and professional. This was the 2nd vehicle they have worked on. There is no need to go anywhere else! Scott and the team always take care of our needs, always a courteous call, friendly reception, and reliable service at affordable cost. My daughter goes to university in Spokane w her Volvo and we trust we can take it to C&H when we need to. Always a positive customer experience. Btw I own 3 Volvos over the past 20 yrs...so I know what it takes.

C & H auto is the best foreign auto repair company in Spokane. All employees are knowledgeable and courteous. I have been bringing my 2007 Volvo to this business and have always been happy with the work that was completed. I appreciate it when they do an overall check and are willing to complete the work as needed at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend C& H auto for all foreign auto repairs!

The people are nice, they washed and vacuumed the car after servicing it. I brought my car in prior to 8 am on a Monday for some minor work. They stated they would do a full inspection of the car and let me know what needed attention. I stopped in about 3:30pm as we were in the area and was advised the car would be ready closer to closing time. Drove home. Got a call closer to closing time stating the drive belt was shot and the car should probably be repaired before driving it home. Agreed to the repair but the car would need to stay there overnight. Glad they caught it and the belt was really chewed up with chunks missing. What bothers me is that they apparently didn't do the whole car inspection until late in the afternoon. Had they done it in the morning, they could have changed the belt same day. As it was, I needed to interrupt a work day, take an Uber and waited an additonal 50 min for the wash/vacuum to be done after they said over the phone that my car was ready. So my suggestion is, keep us updated on what you find. When we drop the car in the morning, take your initial look before lunch. It would be easier to swallow your dealer-service prices if the service experience was impeccable. Sad part is, this seems to have become common practice.

C&H is a highly competent and professional maintenance shop for your import vehicle…My 2018 Volvo V60 Wagon needed several things done and C&H provided a comprehensive and detailed evaluation with pictures and suggestions based on it’s needs…the work was complete in a timely manner at competitive prices to meet my needs…I appreciated the loaner vehicle Which saved me a few hundred dollars for a rental as the work required would take several days to complete due to parts being shipped from a distance…I’m a hard person to please when it comes to auto maintenance and C&H exceeded my expectations…I will Definitely return for further work as needed and routine Mx needs
