Great job, Don did wonders in making my 1999 Jeep sparkle. A very nice guy, explained each step he uses. Can't wait to take our truck to him next...2nd vehicle, our truck done and it looks great, so happy to have found Creative Touch Auto. Don and his wife are ridiculously kind people. Don gave me a fantastic deal on a full detail and ceramic coat and I was blown away by the results. Above and beyond my expectations. If you need your car detailed, Creative Touch is probably the best choice in town.

Embarrassing to admit, but I hadn't cleaned the inside of my car for 2 years. I also have a small child, so it was a disaster! Food and beverage spills, mud, sand, dust, and hair. I took my car to these guys, and now it seriously looks brand new! Like, how?! Very impressive work, can't wait until I can come back for an exterior detail!!!

Look no further. I researched Spokane detailing and I called everywhere with solid Google reviews. The comments in other reviews here are spot on. Don and his shop are true professionals. After pinstriping my black Volvo offroading on overgrown fire roads at the Canadian boarder, I knew buffing out a black finish would be tough. Some shops flat out refused to (or couldn't) do it. Don went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. Time to go do it again!

Don and the team are first class. Making an appointment is hassle free and drop off is easy. When I went to pick up my wife's 2017 Chevy Tahoe I was about to drive away, but Don noticed a few smudges on the inside windshield that were missed, jumped in and wiped it down again (I couldn't see them). He then insisted on wiping down the hood and outside windshield to get the pollen off that had settled as we were picking it up. Don runs an efficient shop, with great customer service and my wife can't believe how nice her vehicle looks. She said best detail we've had. I've already scheduled my truck to get "creatively touched" next week.
