I stupidly ran into my steel carport while parking my Subaru Outback the other day, denting and buckling the front side quarter panel of the car. I took my car (actually, belonging to my wife) to nearby Caliber Collision on Royal where Mike Moe kindly surveyed the damage and estimated the cost to properly repair it to industry standards. The price seemed fair to me because just last year I had done similar damage to my daughter's car in the exact same scenario. (Yes, I am old and stupid!) Anyway, because our car is 10 years old with more than 100,000 miles on it I told Mike I would be happy if we could just get the dent and buckling repaired without having to remove and paint the panel. Mike kindly suggested that in this case McDowells on State Street might be better able to inexpensively repair the damage via their mobile repair service and he asked me if I'd like him to ring them. McDowells was indeed able to do the job. I am really impressed by Mike Moe and Caliber Collision. They put my interests above their own and helped me to save a lot of money. Hopefully the next time I damage my car it will minor damage. But if it's more than the ding it was this time, I will definitely take it to Mike Moe and Caliber Collision.

Very good work. Originally told it might take a week. I had the car back in five days, It might have been a day earlier, but they had to order in a part. They kept me posted as to the progress. My only complaint? No creamer on their coffee bar. Guess you can’t have everything in this world.

Highly recommend Caliber Collision! Brought our Jetta in for body work and Kristen and her team did a fantastic job! They are the best of the best. Communication was great, repairs were done quicker than estimated and the work is fantastic! I would definitely go here and ask for Kristen if you need any work done on your car!

Super friendly and understanding folks at caliper here on royal Blvd in Boise from the people working the front to the crew fixing my baby in the back they did absolutely beautiful job on fixing my fender and bumper after somone hit and ran me. Big shout out to Danny the service advisor for being so punctual and honest with the hole repair. Super genuine and great full person. Thank you everyone involved in my repairs on my subaru BRZ and fixing my baby up.

Update - The manager contacted me to have me bring my car down. He continued to carry on the charade that this is an OEM quality of repair. Subaru DOES NOT manufactured vehicles with mismatched paint that are resprayed. They won't bother to properly prepare a door for repair. I've got red showing through on my black door. They repainted it once already, but not they won't. Wouldn't be an issue if they did quality work in the first place.
