Caliber did an excellent job repairing my vehicle; you cannot tell it was hit! Johnny who worked on my car did a great job with keeping me informed of what was going on and it was ready when or I think even earlier than expected. I am very satisfied with their customer service and with the work that was done. I will definitely recommend Caliber to friends and family!

Johnny was an incredible project manager from start to finish, even testing my car on the road with me to ensure my satisfaction. Responsive, skilled and invested in my satisfaction. Keep your good employees! You made a difficult situation EASIER. The shop repaired my car in a shorter timeframe than expected, and the mechanic was excellent and conscientious. Excellent all around. 6 months post repair, it’s as if the accident never happened. Thank your for your care, talent, & seamless navigation with my insurance company.

Overall, my experience was just good, not terrible but not excellent. My vehicle was involved in an accident, and the at fault party’s insurance company, Allstate, recommended this Caliber Collision location. Caliber Collision’s corporate office allows Allstate representatives to make appointments for estimates, but the next day this location called to say they couldn’t keep the appointment because it had been made with the wrong adjuster. The representative mentioned that corporate makes this mistake frequently, which is something that really should be fixed. I was able to reschedule the estimate appointment. During the initial estimate, it felt as though the service advisor was working for Allstate, trying to save them money. Several damaged parts were missed. When I received the original estimate, there was no mention of the damage to the hood. When I contacted the service advisor about it, he told me I needed to prove the hood damage was caused by the accident. Considering the vehicle was in a front end collision, hood damage should have been expected. I sent him dashcam footage proving the hood damage was indeed from the accident. The day before the car was supposed to be ready, they called and said it would be done the next day and that it was already parked out front. I went that evening to inspect the vehicle and found some repairs had been missed, and the bumper trim didn’t line up properly. I contacted the service advisor, and he assured me the issues would be fixed. When I picked up the car, everything appeared to be resolved, and up to that point, communication had been excellent. However, I later discovered they had installed an aftermarket headlight instead of an OEM replacement. The projection lens quality was terrible, and the beam pattern looked scattered and uneven. I contacted the service advisor multiple times, even sending photos, but received no response. Eventually, after reaching out through the front desk, he got back to me. To his credit, without much convincing, he agreed to replace the aftermarket headlight with an OEM one. A week passed with no updates, so I followed up again. Once more, I had to go through the receptionist, who confirmed they had received the OEM headlight and scheduled me for an appointment. The headlight replacement went smoothly, and before I left, they showed me a photo of the beam pattern to confirm it was correct. Overall, my experience with Caliber Collision was just good, not terrible but not excellent.

My insurance recommended Caliber for a simple bumper repair following an accident. They did manage to repair the bumper. In the process, however, they managed to drain my battery, break my liftgate, break my backup sensors, and cause my passenger window to stop functioning: really a masterful mess up. The first time I came to pick up my car, it was not functional at all. Luckily I was able to get my rental car coverage back, & to come back the next day. The front desk staff - most especially Courtney, whose discourtesy during this whole process has been remarkable - acted as if I were the one putting them out. After I discovered the issues with the car, & after I’d been waiting for 90 minutes for them to try to fix them, one elderly mechanic came out w pictures of my bumper & said ‘I’m not sure if you ever saw photos of the damage.’ He seemed surprised when I told him I was the owner of the car & the one who’d been involved in the accident. The second time I picked up my car, I was in such a hurry to leave (in part due to the aforementioned rudeness) that I did not check all the systems. I discovered that the passenger window & backup sensors were broken after leaving CC & contacted my insurance, who requested that I take my car back a third time. Against my better judgement, I did so. This time, Caliber scratched a wide scratch down the driver’s side of my car, sent me home with the liftgate open, & refused to speak to me - the owner of the car - about my own car. Unless you enjoy insurance nightmares, wasting your time, sexism & rudeness, & incurring damage to otherwise intact automobiles, I would avoid this place at all costs. They have taken up hours of my life when I’m trying my best to care for a parent with Alzheimer’s, & I will never forget it.
