Friendly and attentive staff as they service your vehicle. They keep you informed during your short wait time. I came to get my tire pressure check and to find out there was a nail in my tire. I was so glad they could fix it especially with the upcoming snow storm this weekend. Thank you for everyone professionalism always during my visits. 😀🚘

Ive never been to any other Discount Tire locations so I cant speak for all of them, but I love this one so far. Everyone has been so patient and helpful and it is incredibly appreciated. I don’t know much about cars, but they have walked me through the processes and procedures and helped learn and understand my car better, they seem to have a good range for price, and also work so incredibly fast! The first time I went was quite busy, but even then they got everything done in very good timing (and everything was free!?!!), and today they just put in two new tires for me and I barely even got the chance to sit down in the waiting room!! I’ve also watched them handle unnecessarily rude outbursts from customers with a composed, friendly, and positive attitude! I hope they know their hard work did not go unnoticed!!!

I did not leave a note about this place and I need to. I love this place! It was fast and very friendly. The man that helped me was knowledgeable and eased my mind so much about what i thought happened to my tire. I must have come in at the right time because when I came back just 45 minutes later it was standing room only. The prices were right on time. Thank you for making this painless. And thanks for already responding 😊
