Victoria at the Milburn location was fantastic to interact with. She made sure we understood each step and kept us informed of each status change. Caliber completed the repairs to our vehicle BEFORE the estimated completion date, and our vehicle looks brand new at the collision area. I wouldn’t want a repeat of circumstances that placed us in need of services from Caliber, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I just bought a new Bronco Sport and wanted to add a Badlands Badge on the tailgate. I knew if I did it it would not be straight. So I called Caliber Collision on Millburn. I asked if they could put my Car Badge on and how long it would take, they said about 10-15 minutes, I drove right over. First everyone was great, very friendly and they made be feel like I was welcomed, unlike most car places I've been too. Just after about 15 minutes my car was done, 100 % satisfied from start to finish. Great job, I definitely recommend you visit them for any kind of help with you car or truck.

From the drop off to pick up, everything went smooth and the staff was amazing. Felipe kept me informed of the status and kept his word about having it ready by a certain day. The car looks amazing and I recommend Caliber Collision to all my friends and family.

Customer service was good but quality of work was short of satisfactory. I brought my car here because of the good ratings in Google. Sadly I did not have the same experience. After 4 days in the shop, I get a notification that my car was ready for pick up. Upon inspecting the car, it was obvious that the work was rushed. The right side of the front bumper did not align properly. There was paint defects on the left bumper corner and they also scuffed my driver door. Upon pointing this out to my service advisor, they took my car back into the shop and spent a couple more days on it before completing the job 3 days later.

My third time coming back to this business and location, what does that tell you? My service advisor this time was Rebecca. She’s very outstanding and thorough in explaining everything! She even went and beyond by polishing the rear bumper of my car that someone just slightly scraped without extra charge. They always do an amazing job here with the most efficient time! I would come back over and over again! Thank you Caliber!
