*Tried emailing them but unfortunately they simply don’t reply. 1 Star* This Ford Bronco was evaluated at this Caliber Collision location at the request of Progressive Insurance as part of an insurance claim. During teardown for the estimate, multiple parts were removed from the vehicle. After the vehicle was later declared a total loss and sold at auction, I purchased it and discovered that these parts were not returned to the vehicle. The auction confirmed the car arrived already missing the parts. When I contacted the shop, I was told by the GM that they “do not have the parts,” but I was not provided clarification regarding what was done with the removed components beyond “we don’t have those anymore.” Some of the missing items were not damaged and did not appear on the estimate, which is consistent with parts being removed for evaluation and not returned. Based on conservative used OEM values, the missing components exceed $2,000 in value. The lack of transparency and resolution was disappointing. I would welcome the opportunity to resolve this professionally if the company is willing to follow up.

I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience of getting my car repaired at caliber collision. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly throughout the whole process. I couldn’t not recommend them more!

I’ve never been in any sort of car accident so when I was rear ended, I didn’t know how the process worked with insurance claims and the rental and Caliber walked me through everything with ease and gave me multiple updates as the repairs progressed. They had my car finished a week earlier than estimated :)

Needing car repairs is such an annoyance but Caliber Collision made it so stress free and easy. Thank you! I mainly worked with Aaron who was super personable, kept me informed at just the right level and pace through initial calls and then texts. He even gave me a heads up when insurance did something unusual. I really felt like he had my back. When I picked up the car with my dogs everyone there was kind and welcoming of us. The car looks and runs great. I really appreciate everything. Very glad I took my car there!

My 2013 Silverado was backed into and smashed in the side by another car. Required a new door and repairs to the fender and rocker panel. It took about 3 weeks for the repairs once the truck was in the shop, which I was very happy with. I was provided an update via text or phone call 2 to 3 times a week, and an estimated timeline for each step along the way. The work looks amazing. The paint was blended to match the rest of my 8 year old paint. I can't tell it was ever even touched. Everyone I spoke with at the shop was very polite and helpful. Seriously, their customer service was great! My truck came back cleaner than the day I dropped it off, including the interior. I will recommend this shop to anyone I know in need of bodywork. This was the first time my truck or any vehicle I have owned has been to a shop and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
