Definitely recommend. USAA was the insurance company handling my accident claim and used Caliber as one of their preferred collision repair shops. Communications from and between Caliber, USAA and Enterprise was integrated and they were all very proactive and knew near real time what each other were doing. My experience was smooth and exactly as I wanted it to be, simple and not time consuming. The work Caliber performed looked good.

My experience with Caliber Collision was overall positive. I was rear-ended on vacation in a brand new Lexus NX hybrid. This Calliber Team went out of their way on a Sunday to help me coordinate shipping my car post-repairs from Virginia to Pennsylvania. Evie Dunn did a fantastic job communicating the repairs and walking me through the process. The repairs ended up being around $24k and taking around 3 months. My only complaint is that the repairs took about a month longer than initially estimated, which caused me to keep extending my rental car. I believe the delay was due to unexpected repairs and issues outsourcing places to do work. Overall, I'm glad they took the time they needed, as I can't tell that the car was in an accident.

We used Caliber Collision to repair our Tahoe after a traffic accident. The staff were very customer friendly and compassionate to my needs. Repairs were made in minimal time and my representative even came in on a Satuday (when they're usually closed) to let me pick up my truck. I would 💯 recommend Caliber Collision!

No words can be put into how thankful I am for Evie Dunn, this was my first time ever having to get a car repaired and she was amazing through the entire process and she took care of my car as if it were her own, I truly appreciate her and for being honest with me on everything! She’s very personable as well.
