Very professional and repaired on vehicle was outstanding. Also I was texted or emailed every day with updates. The car even got washed and clean. If you need repairs on a vehicle this is the place to get it done. Thanks for repairs and treatment from the office and shop

UPDATED: Repairs looked good, but the inside of our car was super dusty when we got it back. The turn signal on the side the worked on popped out of body shortly after getting it home, but they were able to address that. There was a huge mix up with some mechanical issues discovered after the repairs were made and a local dealership was quick to point the blame at Caliber. I believed them and reported it to my insurance and left a bad review. As events unfolded, the dealership ended up figuring out that it couldn't have been Caliber that caused the mechanical issues and they repaired it under warranty. The people at the Plano location were adamant they didn't cause the issue, but he was very good about communicating with me and following up. I'm sorry I was so quick to believe the dealership's initial assessment. I would do business with them again.

My experience here was amazing! I was involved in a small accident and my front bumper was pretty messed up. I took my car in to this location and David was amazing! He communicated every step of the way and even had my car ready before the estimated time of completion! My car was ready in less than a week and it looked like a brand new car! I highly recommend this location to have your vehicle serviced for repair!
