After searching online and reading reviews, I decided to visit Precision Auto Body of Plano. I went in for an estimate, and the gentleman at the front desk walked me through everything in detail, damage assessment, repair approach, timeline, and cost. Very straightforward and transparent. He is a tough negotiator, no doubt, but the final price was fair for the quality of work being offered. What stood out most is that this is a family-owned shop. You can tell they care about their reputation and craftsmanship. They do not cut corners. The repair work on my Mustang was exceptional—the paint match, finish, and panel alignment looked factory new. I dropped my car off on Thursday and was told to expect pickup on Saturday around 4 PM. Instead, I received a call Friday morning saying the car was ready. That turnaround was unexpected and appreciated. Quality work, honest communication, and faster-than-promised delivery. I trust the people who run this shop and would recommend them without hesitation.

Perfect service! My car looks perfect, and their waiver really did help me out a lot financially. Really nice people, too, I noticed that a tire wasn't replaced and they told me that I'll be reimbursed if I bring back a receipt from a tire shop. They also subtracted the cost of the tire from the price. How generous of them.
