They were amazing on communication throughout the whole process with texts which was super convenient. they explained everything well at the front desk too and were super nice. Kerri, who showed me my car for the initial look at the damage, was super nice and i got to see where they work in the back and it looks amazing! super clean and organized despite having tons of work being done all around. Ray is the one who actually worked on my car and he was super nice, great with communication, and when it was time for me to pick up my car he even stayed later than they were even open to spend time going over stuff about my car with me. no one ever made me feel silly for not knowing much about cars and felt very welcome every-time i came (they let you come and check on your car if you want to see it during the process). 10/10
To begin, the repair process was much quicker than I initially expected! Jacob did a wonderful job all around—he was personable, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire process. He kept me updated about the parts and did his best to get everything as quickly as possible. I truly can’t thank him enough for the care and attention he showed toward me and my vehicle. My car looks amazing after the repairs—you’d never know it had been damaged. The paint match is absolutely perfect! As a bonus, the interior was very clean upon pickup and even smelled like a brand-new car again. Jacob also took the time to walk me through aftercare steps to ensure the vehicle stayed in great shape in the coming weeks. I truly couldn’t be happier. If I ever need body work again, Caliber will be my first choice—and I’ll definitely ask for Jacob if he’s available. He was an absolute delight to work with.
