Had an appt for 8, the young lady at the desk was very accommodating with allowing me in before they opened to get me signed in and already had them pulling in my car before open. I expected to be here for way too long, boy was I surprised. Come see Jen, you won’t be disappointed

I had an excellent experience at this tire shop! The staff were friendly, professional, and worked quickly to get me back on the road. They explained everything clearly, offered fair pricing, and the quality of service was top-notch. My car drives smoother than ever after the tire repair. Definitely recommend this location for anyone in Winston-Salem needing honest and reliable tire service!

Extremely positive experience! I booked online and didn’t have to wait when I arrived. The facility is clean and convenient, and I was able to wait in comfortable seating with inoffensive television programming. My tire had a slow leak, which the technician showed me was caused by a drill bit lodged in the tire. They removed the drill bit, patched the tire, and sent me on my way in 30 minutes. Great service and extremely fair pricing. I will 100% go back, and so should you!!

They gained a loyal customer of me with just one service. They were very nice, straight-forward, timely, and honest. They were super transparent and were comfortable explaining any questions I had even showing me on my car what I asked about. I already plan on going back because I’d put off work until I could find a good place for it and it’s 100% them lol.

I recently visited NTB - National Tire & Battery for a tire repair due to a slow leak, and the service was excellent! Steve took care of my vehicle and provided top-notch customer service throughout the entire process. He was friendly, professional, and made sure the repair was done quickly and correctly. It’s not often you find someone who takes the time to explain things and make you feel valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future service. Thanks, Steve and the NTB team!
