My experience tonight was far beyond exceptional. In fact, I’d like to put more emphasis on the fact that my “issue” with a new lotion I tried but then discovered I didn’t really enjoy it as much as I had hoped…. Did not actually feel worthy of such a word… Kendra, whom I know to be one of your most recently promoted employees, has absolutely allowed for my experience with the lotion to not be or even allow to become an issue! She was honest, allowed me to joke with her about my questions of the contents of the lotion without interrupting or interfering with her own opinions. As a matter of fact, she took action on her own in a way that did not upset me or make me feel uncomfortable. I do not normally make complaints or I always understand that most times returns of certain things are not always possible if at all… and I’m usually okay with that… but Kendra knows me… I’ve been coming here for many years almost regularly after every work day… and she handled this with ease and a huge delightful surprise for me when I understood you had allowed her to give me store credit for the entire amount I paid for when I bought the lotion- even though it had not been a very recent purchase. I feel not only thankful for this generous gesture but I am also just very impressed by how Kendra handled everything. You made a wonderful decision when you made her assistant manager of this spa. She is an absolutely delightful young woman who will have a bright future no matter where she lands. I’m just feeling so lucky we have her here with your company right now and it makes me smile every time I see her. So thank you…. Just really and truly… thank you for this wonderful and unexpected moment tonight. I will not forget it! 💕

The staff was welcoming. As a newbie they made it easy for me. The prices were reasonable, their products were solid, and I liked a couple articles of clothing. They had a lot more services than I expected and they offer a lot of discounts. I can say I was very pleased with my experience.
