I have been getting massages for roughly 14 years, in different parts of the country and slightly beyond the US too. Since recently discovering Alisha, I have experienced the best massages I have ever had. She is on par with $250/hr places etc. She knows the muscle groups, areas that personally need attention every time, and can do a wide variety of pressure without strain. Alisha is your absolute best bet- book her. Massage heights is also clean and well organized- loving the monthly massage service plan. Very worth it.

Alisha was amazing! She was professional and respectful. A truly great therapist in every way. She hit trigger points that I didn’t even knew existed. I felt immediate relief in my neck and shoulders. I would highly recommend a session with her!

**⭐ 0/5 — WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I don’t even know how a place like this stays open. I walked in actually hoping to get some relief, and instead I got straight-up disrespected from the second I talked to the front desk. They acted like me wanting a massage was some kind of burden on their existence. No greeting, no help, just attitude. Then—get this—they refused to give me service for no real reason. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Just this dismissive, condescending vibe like I wasn’t worth their time. I’ve never seen a business so allergic to basic professionalism. The energy inside the place was off too. Nobody looked like they wanted to be there, everyone was moving like zombies, and the whole experience felt like I was interrupting their nap time. Honestly? Don’t waste your time, your money, or your sanity on this joke of a massage program. They don’t respect you, they don’t care about you, and they sure as hell don’t deserve a single customer walking through that door. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. This place is trash.

Alisha is an amazing massage therapist. It was the perfect blend of deep tissue with relaxation. She worked hard to get to my knots and pressure points and made sure to check in with me about pressure since it was my first time seeing her. I highly recommend her and will request her again for my next massage. Also super friendly without being super talkative during the massage.

I signed up for the wellness program and tried a few different massage therapist trying to find a good match. While all were good and had their own techniques, I was about to give up but then I had an appointment with Caitlin. She is AMAZING. She always checks in with you about the pressure, vocalizes her next steps, and gives one of the best massages I have ever had. I keep my membership and my appointments predominantly because of her. Highly recommend if you are someone who struggles with back pain, muscle aches, and need a solid yet targeted massage. 10/10 for Caitlin.
