Service was excellent. I had my tires changed and an oil change. The car was ready quickly and service behind the counter when I picked it up was with a joke and a smile. This was my first time at Canada Tire and I definitely would use them again and recommend.

Very disappointed with the service. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:00, we arrived at 11:02, and the spot was already taken. It’s now 11:05, and we were told that we’re “late” and the next available time is only at 1:00 PM. This is absolutely unprofessional — being two minutes late is not a valid reason to cancel an appointment, especially when we made the effort to arrive on time. Such treatment of customers leaves a very bad impression.

good morning i realize that different people have different outlooks on Canada Tire but allow me to state what happened to me. Saturday i realized that indeed i was running on literally no oil in my car.. i went into panic mode and drove my car to Canada Tire even though i knew they were closed. on Monday morning i called and spoke with the gentleman who answered the phone. he informed me that they were slammed that day but he will see what can be done. literally within 20 minutes Pierro called me back and told me that i could pick up the car by 3pm. if that is not going out of your way then nothing is. i do not rate the service 5 out of 5 but more so i rate it as 25 out of 5.

I went to this dealership for a wheel alignment. After keeping my car for a while, they told me they couldn’t do it because I had different sets of rims. Despite not performing any service, they still charged me just to tell me they couldn’t do the job. Feeling frustrated, I took my car to another shop—and guess what? They did the alignment without any issues at all. I can’t help but feel like I was treated unfairly, possibly even harassed, just because my car has an Ontario plate. The whole experience felt like a waste of time and money, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. edit - No i was not aware of those charges nobody told me. you guys told me when i was there to pick my car. anyways i have filed a complaint with consumer court, I will let them handle the problem. thank you

I am a car shop owner and use this place only for alignment. I sent few cars out there because they were doing decent job. Today sent a car for VGA alignment. My fiance delivered the car as always and as always was poorly treated by service advisor. Car alignment was totally off, because bunch of suspension parts replaced and dropped subframe. Grumpy and rude advisor calls me telling they are not able to do alignment and trying to sell some aftermarket adjustable control arms (I heard that before too but they managed to do alignment anyway). I checked the printout they did not even try to do anything and start making problems that do not exist. I will follow up this case and do alignment in other place with no special parts. More over the vehicle was extremely dirty after the service. It looks like someone was cleaning his dirty shoes in my carpets. Door panel, steering wheel and start buttons were filthy. See pics below
