Came there for a flat tire repair...the receptionist told that they were very busy because the tire change season but they will do everything for squeeze me in between appointments...they did and I went out with my repair and a great price. I would recommend this garage to all my coworkers. Thanks Canada Tire. Excellent work!

I would not recommend. They charged me $20.00 more per tire because i bought my tires elsewhere. They did not inform me that the price would be different than that which is usually charged. When I spoke to the managers or the owner their answer was that is what we charged your fault for not asking us if we charge differently for new tires. The website indicates 100% satisfaction. Not for me I guess.

The best example of over-promising and under-delivering. I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. and arrived on time. When I got there, they had already taken in people who did not have appointments, which ended up pushing my appointment back. At around 11:30 a.m., they finally told me that the brakes they had ordered were the wrong ones. I ended up leaving close to 2:00 p.m. A simple appointment turned into almost a full wasted day. On top of that, the owner was not professional. He claimed certain parts were not worn out when they clearly were. That alone made me lose confidence in the place. Overall, very poor experience. Bad organization, poor communication, and not a place I would recommend.
