Definitely prestige service keeping me in the loop with progress on the repair of my vehicle. Car was immaculate, clean and like new when I picked it up this week. If I ever need this kind of a service again, would definitely recommend for those with a Tesla.

Excellent repairer! Derek kept me updated on the process daily. Car came back looking brand new (2015 wrx) Paint job is emaculate. After waiting about 6 months for the parts to come from japan and despite waiting an extra half a week than expected on repair it was well worth it. Highly recomend and i have been through a few different repairers in the past on different vehicles.

Excellent customer service and workmanship from Derek and the team at Canberra Bodyworks. I had a difficult repair (over 6 months) mostly due to parts not being available for a brand new car. Over the entire time I was kept up to date with what was happening and the positive outcome was due in large part to Derek's perseverance and putting the customer needs first.

My car was parked outside during summer while away on holiday. Unfortunately, received bird dropping damage on the hood, one was really bad and burned a 50 cent size hole in the clear coat. Contacted Canberra Bodyworks via website inquiry and received a reply from Derek within 30 mins. An inspection was booked the following day and received an official quote from Danny within 2 hours. Due to the size of the job (repainting the entire hood), I secured a booking with minimal wait. On drop off, Derek and Danny were friendly and professional. Derek provided clear assurance of notification if the work was delayed while Danny was very attentive to my questions regarding the work to come. Fast forward a few days, I received a surprise text saying my car was ready, this was a day ahead of schedule. On inspection prior to collection, I noticed the hood was perfectly colour match and everything was back to normal / as new. The overall result is perfect, service was timely, cost cheaper than my insurance and reception is beyond friendly. Side note - this doesn’t mean much to me but I know it does to most but the facility (from what I saw) was very clean and tidy.
