Absolutely loved my experience at Canyon Ranch Gym in Fort Worth! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Mat Pilates class with instructor Flo was a standout for me. Her energy and expertise made every session enjoyable and challenging. I appreciated how she tailored the exercises to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring everyone felt included and motivated. The atmosphere of the gym is welcoming, and the facilities are top-notch. I always leave feeling refreshed and empowered. If you're looking for a fantastic Pilates class, I highly recommend joining Flo at Canyon Ranch!

She wasn’t just attentive — she was intuitively in tune with every detail of my experience. Her walk-through of the spa amenities was so thorough and thoughtful, I felt like I was being guided through a personal wellness sanctuary designed just for me. When I discovered the large steam sauna was temporarily out of service, Valerie didn’t miss a beat — she personally prepared a custom eucalyptus steam bath so I could still enjoy the rejuvenating experience. Fantastic experience. Best massage I’ve had in Fort Worth. Amenities (showers with aroma therapy, hot tub, sauna, aroma therapy room) all top notch. Service was also great both from front house (reception and locker room attendant) to therapists. My only notes: -we got a couples massage, which was essentially just a shared door between the rooms was open during the massage. So extra $$ just to open a door? No other shared space to lounge like I’ve seen at other facilities. -outside noise was quite noticeable. There’s a decent amount of construction in the area so hearing construction/traffic/lawn care happening is a little distracting during the massage

Amber was great, highly recommend for a massage. Her stretches are so good! Looking forward to my next visit, they offer a variety of services. Everything was so clean and relaxing, the staff were also very sweet and welcomed me with champagne. They offer a steam room, sauna, and hot tub you can enjoy before or after your appointment. I luckily had the place to my self this night and was able to do my night routine on their well lit vanities before I left. The lounge area is so cozy! So happy to have found a place like this so close to home, couldn’t say enough good things.
