I have been working with Ben A for approximately 2 months. My schedule is limited, not to mention I terribly dislike weight training. Deciding to increase my muscle mass in my 50’s was a must and trying to find a class with my schedule was difficult. Ben has been super with flexibility as well as designing workouts that keep my attention. During the past 2 months I am stronger, I can see a difference with my body, and truly enjoy Ben’s style of instruction. Ben is fantastic!

I’ve been to many different gyms, and this is by far the best one. For a monthly fee, you get access to unlimited classes, but this is different than the other gyms that offer classes. At Capital Strength and Conditioning, the maximum class sizes are 8 and sometimes there are no more than 2 people in a class. Regardless, each person follows their own program provided by the coach, and the coach walks you thru the program each day the same way a personal trainer would do for you. It’s by far the best value of any gym, and I have had the pleasure of working with Ciaran, Tommy, Owen, Ben, Cooper, and Carey, and they are all exceptional. I have already benefitted tremendously from the program and their coaching in the short time I have been going there, and I highly recommend it.
