I started seeing improvements in my osteoarhritic knee almost immediately even though I was told it may be 4-8 weeks after my stem cell injection. My knee is significantly improved, less painful, less pain frequency and less swelling. I would highly recommend Dr Crose. His extensive knowledge and expertise is well-served on his patients.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Crose and his team! I had my hair transplant a couple of weeks ago, and I look forward to seeing the results in the coming months. From the initial consultation to the post-procedure care, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. Dr. Crose is extremely knowledgeable about hair transplants and took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. In fact, if u need any of the procedures that Capitis offers, they are your best bet. I had my procedure done Jan '23, and couldn't be happier with the results and the whole process at Capitis. I did lots of research before, and had consultations with 7-8 different places all around the Sac region. Not only was Capitis one of the best values (Bosley and a few others are greatly overpriced), I felt Dr. Crose and his team were just the best at their craft. They really cared about the final results and the actual "look" you are trying to achieve. Rather than others that are more concerned with upselling you and/or just booking the surgery. No one else I consulted with put as much time and care into the natural "look" you are going for. And of course the personal patient care is top notch from everyone at Capitis. They really make you feel comfortable with everything through the whole journey. I highly recommend Dr. Crose and his staff!

The Capitis team is first class. My 3,000 graft project success shows in all life areas. Office, family, friends, and dating all confirmed I made an excellent investment. I researched hair restoration services and noted the Capitis team has a great website with restoration information. Dr. Crose is the high level surgeon I was searching for. Josh Crose was very friendly and professional. I had a hair transplant done with him early 2022, and while I'm not quite at my peak results, the improvement is and has been massive. It will only get better as well.
It's a significant improvement over my NW2/NW3 baseline. I had about 1600 FUE grafts done manually with a 0.9mm WAW (the best way from what I gather in the hair transplant industry atm) , starting early in the day around 7 in the morning and finishing around 4 in the afternoon. I was given a mild sedative, so I was in a slight daze throughout the whole thing as well as going in and out of sleep. Not painful but there were small pinches, remedied with additional numbing.
Everything relating to the procedure itself was done well. Crose did the extractions and incisions for the insertions himself (which is law, a doctor has to do that). Great care was taken for the donor area, no overharvesting of grafts, all extraction punches healed quickly within a week.
Hairline design was age and ethnically appropriate (flat hairlines will look terrible on many guys, should have some curvature). It should look good now and in decades from now. Single hair grafts for make up the hairline, multi hair grafts for density. Everything was done top notch and just as well as any other top clinic in America.
Shout out to the technicians who helped count the grafts and insert the grafts after Crose's incisions, they were professional and excellent at what they do, technicians are important piece too.
PRP is also included apart of the transplant, which was the hardest part of the whole procedure as I don't like blood being drawn.
All in all, definitely worthwhile checking Crose out, not too far away from the Bay Area either, so I think he should be considered for anyone based in Northern California.
Sidenote on some things: You may see a lot of services are offered on the website, which could be seen as a red flag. Ideally hair transplant clinics should focus only on hair transplants, I agree completely. He runs the clinic with his wife, who performs most if not nearly all of those beauty cosmetic procedures, like fillers, botox, skincare, etc... I do know that by this point in time, Crose has been doing hair transplants for years, and has tons of transplants under his belt, so while he's a "newer" doctor in this space, he is plenty experienced and knows what will look like what years after the procedure. He wasn't a plastic surgeon who decided to do nose jobs on Mondays then hair transplants on Tuesdays.
