I had more than 15 sessions for different areas ending up to switch into different provider. unfortunately the results were various depend on the nurse skill and care levels where most of their nurses were carless or rushed out to end sessions so they can help their next patient also I noticed they skipped spots within the same treated area you feel that and whenever you asked they got irritated and denied it which ultimately reduced the session effectiveness and decreased the expected results as well as increased of course the number of needed sessions.

This was my second time visiting SEV Laser, and unfortunately the experience this time was extremely disappointing. My first visit was excellent. The Brazilian laser hair removal treatment was effective, the nurse was thorough, and the session took about 20 minutes. I was so happy with the results that I recommended SEV Laser to several of my friends. However, during my recent visit, the experience was completely different. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, and when I was finally taken in, the nurse seemed very rushed. The entire Brazilian laser treatment was done in less than 5 minutes, and she simply said “you’re done.” I was honestly shocked because the same treatment previously took much longer and was clearly more thorough. It honestly felt like the service was rushed because I used a Groupon, which should never change the quality of care a client receives. Because the session was done so quickly, the treatment was not effective at all, and the overall experience felt careless and dismissive. I had previously trusted and recommended SEV Laser to others, but after this visit I’m very disappointed with the poor service and lack of professionalism. I hope the management addresses this because consistent quality of treatment should not depend on whether someone used a promotion or not.

Their cancellation policies is more ridiculous than any in the area. 48 hours in advance for a simple laser treatment. usually have to wait 15 minutes in the lobby after your appointment to get in. The Laser technicians are nice. I had a Groupon. When I had to cancel for an emergency they charged me the cancellation fee as well as taking one of my Groupon sessions away (without informing me, though they claim they did. I have screen shots). Which I never agreed to in the paperwork I signed. It makes absolutely no sense. One doesn’t have to do with the other. now I’m fighting with the staff to get my session back. I’m going to have to email corporate or their upper management in order to do this. Though I was told at the front desk, it would be taken care of for me. I’ve been informed that no information was ever passed on by the front desk, girl. They also miss quoted me a charge. They lied and said I was being informed that I was having a Groupon session taken from me. I was not. This staff can’t get it together to share information, work out their policies or charge you the correct amount. as ridiculous as I find the cancellation policy, I would’ve paid it. But I said I was charged and had a Groupon session taken from me. I will not be returning after my Groupon session is completed with them. The entitlement of taking something I paid for without speaking to me about it, the different pricing and session sizes depicted on Groupon versus this place is actual pricing. It’s ridiculous. It’s a chain I believe and yet it operates garage operation. And the prices outside of Groupon are actually really high for the area. Food for thought.
