This is the modern day way of getting your hair "set". Some dry shampoo and touch ups with a styling tool, and you dont have wash and blow dry for a week! The stylist are extremely professional and talented. Jack at the front desk is my favorite! He is always professional and helpful. It's refreshing to see young people working hard. The owners are absolute gems and amazing to work with for special events. Did you know you can rent Dry Bar out for special occasions or business events?! We have, and will do it again. 5 Star 🌟 establishment!
My stylist was very friendly and gave me a beautiful blowout. I would definitely come back. The vibes and products are always top-tier!
This was my first visit to a Drybar, and not my last…I am a fan! I wasn’t sure what the stylist would be able to do with my long, blonde, fine, very straight hair. I wanted some volume and curl; but not too much tassel, and I wanted it to be classy. So I went with the “Old Fashioned”. Devon was my stylist and he nailed! The shampoo wash was a treat; a massage for my scalp! I could barely hold my eyes open because he not only washed my hair nicely but massaged my entire head throughout the shampoo & condition. He blew it dry without over heating my hair and protected nicely with product. He curled it and sprayed it in such a way that it was natural and soft looking, not crispy or stiff. I walked out paying exactly what I thought I would pay. I was not upsold any services or products and I loved my hair! My hair still looked good the following day, I got compliments from people saying my hair looked great and that the volume was sexy. Thank you Devon, I can’t wait to come back and have you style my hair again soon!
As a business owner, it is hard for me to do a bad review but this was just asking for it. The requests a stylist rule Monday to Friday only applies to nobody. Previously, I made a request for a Friday and was told over the phone that wasn’t a problem. Arrived and the Hispanic manager told me my stylist was sent to lunch. I was given someone else who was actually amazing and went home happy. The stylist I requested before her name is Katie who kindly reminded me of their rules which is: No request on stylist Friday to Sunday. So on my following appointment which is the last one: I showed up on time and Lo and behold my requested stylist was assigned to another client to which the front desk girl said to me she had another stylist for me. I let them know I expect a freeze free hair and if they can’t deliver I would cancel my appointment and they reassured me the stylist Kelly was professional. Yeah right! I gracefully stayed because she deserved an opportunity and is doing a job. Perhaps not Kelly’s fault. So I stayed since if you don’t show up they keep money from you even though they messed up big and feel untouchable because is a corporation. To begin with, she was nice but tugged my hair while washing it till the point my neck was aching on the left side. I was trying my best to pray literally asking God to help me stay chill and let the lady do her job. Hair was stuck on the brush a couple of times and apparently look ok but when I checked is not what I was looking for and is not the service I was hoping since I made an appointment with a person I was told she is available and was noted on the system till the point I felt this people just hate my guts and love their poor management or petty power trip by treating clients with so much disrespect. I wasn’t gonna make Kelly feel rejected or be rude to anyone but it is very disrespectful to us PAYING customers how they have rules they can’t even follow themselves. They treat us as if this blow out is free. For today's hair I think doing it at home could be better! When I paid, the front desk inefficient woman (who was also making noises next to my extension closing and opening the brush drawer as I clearly tried to relax and close my eyes) she asked how was everything. Obviously I wasn’t going to tell them how bad they did to me so I said good, paid and left. They can straight lie to me on my face, they should be ok being told they are “good” when they know they are terrible. My hair doesn’t look made by a professional, it is frizzy and regret wasting my time and money here! Cookie cutter service! Go somewhere else or you’ll regret it! Listen to the low reviews and suspect of the 5 star ones. Blow out is $64 (tip not included)
My first time here and it was very pleasant to be pampered for a change. I got the blowout with some beach waves (the Mai Tai) and it was worth it. I was offered some wine which was very nice. I have a huge event for work tonight and am feeling very pretty for a change. Thank you so much for the great experience at Drybar!! I will definitely come back!
