These guys are great. 7:30 at night and I was disturbing the peace one decibel at a time and out of I have no mids or highs, My amp went up and smoke all I had was Bass I roll up the hill I see that they're open getting ready to close all I had was $200 and I needed a quality 1000 watt amp that would push my mids and highs, Did you check your store high and low but it look like I was out of luck, As I was getting ready to pull away their doors already closed the guy comes running out and says wait wait I found one, $200 and a handshake later I was back in business. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a car audio and the many other services they provide.

I took my Dodge Durango to Car Audio City just to replace the headlights, I only wanted the same original lights I already had. Instead, without my authorization, they installed LED lights. I thought, “ok, whatever, as long as they work.” Big mistake. Shortly after, my car started having serious electrical issues. When another mechanic inspected it, I was told what Car Audio City did was a complete mess: they cut the original factory wires, taped cheap connectors in a sloppy way, and forced LED lights that I never asked for. The result? My car, a one-owner vehicle with all original parts , ended up with major damage to the battery, connectors, and the electrical system. Now the repair bill is over $5,000. This is not just bad service , it’s a scam. They took advantage of me, did unprofessional work, and ruined my car. Please, do not go to Car Audio City. They are careless, dishonest, and destroyed my vehicle. I am pursuing legal action because what they did is completely unacceptable. Like another review I read, they are criminals. For a couple of dollars, they will destroy your car.

Yasir, hands down provided the best customer service by patiently answering all my questions regarding my stereo sound system upgrade and giving the best deal in town. In addition, Car Audio City assured me they would stay open to install my new sound system. The installation was done by Mozzy thanks for the amazing service and attention to detail!

The gentleman that helped me out was named Yasir. So here’s the rub as they say: I’ve had a classic car that I’ve wanted some work on and went to a few places. Long story short it felt like I was being trying to be sold on things even though I gave them a specific budget. Yasir and the gentleman working with him worked with my budget to be able to get stereo and alarm system put on my 66 galaxie without making me feel like I should have put bigger speakers and a bigger subwoofer. I like a normal sounding sub and enjoyed having them work on my car. Heck, although they could have cleaned the interior a little bit I felt the tech was super knowledgeable about my car so I tipped him for taking caution when removing the rear seats and installing the amp. Overall, yes I did vacuum my car myself after since I found a little piece of plastic here and there, but for the price, the knowledgeable tech, and working with my budget rather than trying to sell me something I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone I know. Update: I decided to take my Mercedes and Buick Riveria to get work done there too and couldn’t be happier. I’m just taking some time to save up more funds to take my classic corvette. Ow ow.

Finally decided to get Lambo doors installed on my car. Yaser definitely did his best to get me the best deal possible and gave me some good options. Also insured me that I’d be getting the conversion kit from a very reputable company. Kit was ordered directly from Vertical Doors, Inc. Who is definitely a legit Lambo door conversion kit manufacturer based out of Riverside. They were able to install it within a day. Very happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for legit Lambo door kits, this place has got you covered. Highly recommended and very affordable unlike other places trying to charge a grip just to install. ^_^
