I had a wonderful experience with Car Addicts Mobile Detailing, and I wanted to explain why. From the very beginning, they were professional, communicative, and easy to work with. They first reached out to me on social media and took the time to explain the different detailing options for both interior and exterior services. (Plus a wide variety of other services!) They were helpful, clear, and never pushy about doing packages or other stuff. What really stood out to me was their flexibility and customer service. When I originally booked, my car ended up stuck in the shop longer than expected, and some complications came up with scheduling. Car Addicts was incredibly understanding and worked with me through multiple appointment changes. In the meantime, since my cars fate was looking grim (and ended up being in the shop more then a month and a half) I asked them to change addresses they detailed my mother’s 911 instead! True to their word made it look brand new inside and out. My mother’s 911 sees a lot of dust, and she also has a service dog that rides in the back, so it definitely wasn’t an easy dust here, vacuum there job. Tons of pet hair! But none the less they got it spotless. That experience is exactly why I went back to have my own car detailed once it was finally out of the shop. Since its last full deep clean, my car had gotten pretty dirty and dusty from daily driving, many days with the windows down. The winter grime, track rubber from track tires, the rain and snow tracked into the interior, and exterior and the normal buildup that comes with putting real miles on a car can be hard to get removed yet despite that, they made my car, with nearly 60,000 miles on it, look and feel close to new again. One thing I especially appreciated was how well they restored the interior surfaces. Leather naturally wears over time, and oils build up on things like the steering wheel and other high-touch areas. They were able to clean and revive those surfaces to the point that the leather looked and felt fresh again. That might sound like a small detail, but once you notice the difference, it completely changes how the car feels. They also worked with me, and were okay to use the specific leather conditioner I prefer, which I really appreciated. I use a saddle leather conditioner that, my family with a riding background has used for 20 years to protect all leather items we use from cars to saddles to wallets. I was pleased about the fact that they were willing to tailor parts of the process to the customer instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. To me it speaks volumes about how much they care. Another thing that genuinely impressed me was the wheels. They were able to get my GT Silver rims cleaner than I had ever seen them honestly, cleaner than when the rims got delivered “new.” There had always been some road grime and buildup that I assumed would never fully come out, but they got them looking brand new. I was honestly shocked by how clean and refreshed the entire car looked when they were done. Both the interior and exterior came out far better than I thought was possible for my car. On top of the quality of the work, I also want to mention: I have had the chance to met the owner of Car Addicts previously at a car meet. He clearly cared about cars, and that passion really shows through in his business and in the people he’s hired. He was great to talk to back then, mentioned the business naturally in conversation without ever pushing it, and it was a really pleasant surprise to reconnect with him when I came by the shop. After this experience, I absolutely plan on using Car Addicts again. The quality of the work, the professionalism, the flexibility, and the attention to detail all stood out. If you’ve been considering getting your car detailed, I think the results speak for themselves. I’ll include some before photos at the END of all photos that show it detailed, so you can see just how dirty the car had gotten before Car Addicts worked their magic.

Although I was happy with their car washing and detailing service, I do not like their policy of charging half of the cost of the next service at the time of the previous service. I don’t know of any other routine service that does this! I recently became unemployed a few days after my last car washing and I was already charged $47.13 for the next service. I immediately cancelled my next appointment and I emailed, texted, AND called their business asking for a refund of $47.13 which I have yet to receive. So now Apple Pay/Goldman Sachs is handling this dispute.
