I went to the quick shine on Lomas and Eubank on 3/9. When I came out of the car wash, I still had spots that looks like bird poop all over the trunk of my car. Immediately alerted the guy that had taken my money when I came in. I said all we needed to do was run it back through. He told me he would contact a manager. After waiting almost 15 minutes and speaking to him three more times a young girl came out after she took her time walking over to me and took a glance and said oh that’s sad. We don’t do any reruns. I told her she barely looked at it and asked her how she knew it was sad. I said why didn’t the other guy tell me that instead of having me wait 15 minutes and her answer was because he doesn’t know anything. I was initially told That the manager was in the toilet. I never did have a contact with him after I told the female employee that I wasn’t happy she said there’s no reason to get mouthy with me. Great customer service. I have four cars and some little issue now has me blasting you on Google because of poor customer service.
