⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Detailing – Above and Beyond I had an excellent experience with this husband-and-daughter detailing team. They came directly to me, were punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. My car looks absolutely amazing — inside and out — far better than I expected. What really stood out was their attention to detail, care, and pride in their work. They treated my vehicle as if it were their own, taking the time to clean every nook and cranny without rushing. On top of that, they were kind, respectful, and easy to talk to — you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for honest, hardworking detailers who deliver high-quality results, I highly recommend them. I would absolutely use their services again and will be referring them to friends and family.

Eric and his team did a great job with the detail job on my Tesla. Cleaning was thorough inside and out (no more crumbs and dirt under the seats/cup holders), communication was excellent (flexible on scheduling) and they were punctual and efficient with their time! Platinum Mobile Detailing did a great job on my Jeep Gladiator. When I called to schedule they got me in the very next day. I've taken my vehicles to several detail shops in the Albuquerque area over the years. Most of these places kept my vehicle for the entire day at their shops for a full exterior detail. I've yet to find a place that I wanted to go back to. Not only was the quality of work bad but the customer service was even worse. Eric and his team were not only nice and respectful, they did a full detail and applied a ceramic coating in around three hours and I never had to leave my house! Some of the other detail places I left bad reviews for, should take notice. Doing quality work and being respectful to your customers creates repeat business. I'm very "picky" about my vehicles and Platinum Mobile Detailing made a repeat customer out of me and I will also recommend them to family and friends.

Eric and his helper did an amazing job. We got the 5 yr two step ceramic detail. The car looks better than when we bought it! I highly recommend them. They truly take pride in their work!

I keep seeing amazing pictures of completed cars your company has posted and sadly decided to change my review. The exterior was great! The results achieved were stunning. My husband did the final “walk thru” and knew you both put in 3 hours and knew you were probably wanting head home. I’m very disappointed with the interior and the door jams. I know I already brought this to your attention but maybe this might be a reminder for all the money spent, this is a little disheartening.
