Great salon! I was able to get an appointment day of during my lunch break for a quick haircut. Olysa was so sweet and helped me decide how much to cut off, and gave me tips to keep my hair healthier going forward. Will definitely be back!

It was my first time at Carbon Salon, and I was honestly impressed from start to finish. The location is super convenient, especially if you commute, which made getting there really easy. The salon itself is modern, clean, and has a really nice atmosphere.What stood out the most was how welcoming the staff were. They immediately made me feel comfortable and even offered coffee or tea, which was a great touch. I showed them exactly the haircut I wanted, and they delivered it perfectly, paying attention to every detail. I’m very pleased with the service overall. If you’re looking for a place you can rely on long term, Carbon Salon is definitely one of those spots I’d recommend.

Initial consultation was fine, but Olesya interrupted the cut to answer the salon phone and have a lengthy conversation about future appointments with no explanation or apology. The resulting cut was somewhat unfinished. I take partial responsibility for how bad the cut was because I asked for something I shouldn't have. But when I went elsewhere to have it corrected (I wasn't comfortable asking for a correction on the spot because Olesya obviously wanted to get back to the phone), the stylist pointed out that the cut was asymmetrical in a way it wasn't supposed to be. I will say that other clients' hair looked great, so maybe just don't go to the owner when she wants to do owner things rather than cut your hair?
