He goes above and beyond without fail — carrying my gear, ensuring I have the best possible reservation, and always making sure my experience is seamless. Bill doesn’t just do his job — he elevates it. He takes the time to show me exactly how to operate each boat safely and confidently, and his calm, friendly demeanor makes every outing enjoyable. I’ve met a lot of people in business — I own several companies myself — and I can honestly say Bill represents the kind of person I strive to hire. He’s dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, the type of employee who makes an entire organization shine. I recently learned Bill will be heading to the Rio Vista–Isleton Club when the Riverbank Sacramento Club closes, and I’ll be following him there. That’s how much of a difference he makes. Had a great experience with the crew as complete beginners. Will be utilizing multiple other carefree locations in the future. We almost bought a boat and this was a much better option for our family.

This is a great value for the return! I don’t need to worry about maintenance or slip rentals and the boats are usually switched out for new boats every 2 years so they are in great condition. It’s very easy and convenient to boat with Carefree Boat Club. All you do is reserve the date and time on their app and just show up to take the boat out. I love it! The staff has everything prepared for you when you arrive. The boats are clean, maintained, and gassed up ready to go. When you arrive back at the dock the staff greats you and fills the tank for you. They drive the boat back to the slip for you as well. It’s super easy and convenient so it makes your day more fun! You have access to various marinas, boats, and hours, depending on what package you pay for. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who really enjoys boating and doesn’t want to worry about storing, maintaining, insurance, etc, or driving your boat out to the water to go boating a lot. It’s great for me and my family 👍🏼

I've been a member of this local Carefree boat club (norcal/Sacramento) and can confirm it truly is a white-glove boating membership. The team is incredibly helpful with everything from training you to drive their boats, helping with reservations, and with picking up/returning boat reservations. The boats are all maintained and like-new. Wes is the gentleman who works out of the Sacramento dock - he's a TOTAL ROCKSTAR. Always so helpful and nice.

So happy that I listened to my wife we did not purchase the boat I was looking at. I now have access to almost 20 boats that I can take out whenever we want to.
