I had an amazing experience here, which is in interesting thing to say when I came for an infected Toe. I did not have to wait long, the front desk was very nice, the medical assistant listened to my concerns. Special thanks to the Doc- Rachel Gregory, she provided care and made me feel like I mattered. Overall best experience I could have, considering my throbbing toe.

The young woman working the front desk provided some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I came in with an appointment for a mask fitting since I work as a nurse, and she told me they didn't have anyone available and didn't have my mask - without even bothering to check. She just pointed me to a different location and sent me on my way. I drove to CareNow at Mueller & Burnet, where they also said they couldn't do mask fittings. Mueller then told me they recommend bringing the mask from my hospital, which was information the original front desk should have mentioned in the first place instead of wasting my time. Here's where it gets worse: My delivery receipt showed my mask had been delivered to this St. David's location all along. I drove back (40 minutes round trip) to retrieve it. When I returned and showed the same front desk employee the delivery confirmation, she got immediately defensive and claimed she'd been working the past three days and hadn't seen ANY mail. She dismissed the evidence right in front of her face, sat there clicking her nails with an attitude like she was annoyed that I dared to ask her to do her job. Then the manager came back--with my mail with my name on it - proving it was there the entire time. Did this employee apologize? No. She made excuses and showed zero accountability for wasting my time and gas money. This employee's laziness, attitude, and refusal to simply check before sending patients away is completely unacceptable. She needs serious retraining or shouldn't be in a customer-facing role. Do better, CareNow St. David's

AMAZING staff!! Provider Sanders is amazing. She took the time to talk to me, I am in high risk of some medical conditions and a simple virus can potentially take me to the ER and she took the time to teach me that I need to let doctors know that at the beginning of the visit so they could assess me better and help me. You don’t see that type of care in US doctors anymore… I’m glad I met Provider Sanders. The staff was amazing too! Front Desk - Ciara was great! She is very welcoming and had a lot of patience, she even took care and was very graceful with a homeless elderly that came in to ask for coffee. She was kind and patient with him. MA Abram was great too! Every time I go there Abram is very nice and welcoming. I live in Mueller where I have a carenow 3 blocks away from my house wand I still choose the central location and make the drive just because of how the care for patients. I’ll give them and additional star if I can could

Kind and helpful receptionists. Competent considerate doctors. Liked fact that X-ray was on site with swift interpretation. Only problem is the online bot placing one in line. It sends out notices that you should go right away as there are no patients in line. “Wait time zero”. Then at arrival, there is a full wait room and estimated time to see the one doctor on call is 45-hour. Somehow the on line bot is not in sync with actual situation at clinics. Necessitated my coming back the following day.
