My experience was wonderful! From scheduling my appointment which was so quick, through meeting with the whole team, everyone is so kind and helpful. Dr. Chu was so thorough in his exam and took the time to explain everything including my contact lens options. 100% would recommend!

Dr. Chu and the staff are consummate professionals and I highly highly recommend a visit! Also free parking in Mueller and kid friendly! The office has a welcoming, warm vibe like they are welcoming family. I 100% trust Dr. Chu with my eyesight and my family’s eyesight. Dr. Chu is knowledgeable, very accurate and precise in explaining medical eye terms, and has excellent bedside manners - he handled one situation with my young daughter where she was so desperately wanting to get glasses that she lied on her eye test. Dr. Chu kindly let me know in a non-judgmental way that her tests were inconsistent, aka lying. 🤣😅. We decided to get her the glasses anyway without a prescription knowing we would have a good story to tell her later when she was older. I still remember Dr. Chu’s powerful, rare, and kind demeanor to this day.

I absolutely LOVE everyone and everything about this office. Dr Chu taught me so much in the small time he examined my eyes. Ali and I spent hours laughing and chatting about glasses so grateful that he helped me picked the perfect pair! I’ve never been so excited to wear glasses. You can tell that they love what they do! Call and book the appointment you will NOT regret it!

I’m a patient with high myopia, and I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Chu as my ophthalmologist. Before him, I had already switched between three or four eye doctors, but he has been our family’s eye doctor for many years now. He is extremely professional, patient, thorough, and kind. He also provides very practical and knowledgeable advice about insurance—something none of my previous eye doctors ever mentioned. My child is now receiving professional myopia-prevention treatment from him as well, and we’re grateful that he is an expert in this area. The new clinic is even more beautiful than the previous one—elegant and thoughtfully designed. Although it’s farther from our home now, he will continue to be our family’s eye doctor. Highly recommended!

I had such a great experience at Parkside Family Vision! I stopped by after a friend recommended Ali, and I’m so glad I listened. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. Dr. Chu took her time during my exam, answered all my questions, and even helped me understand the results in simple terms. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Ali went above and beyond helping me choose the right frames—he’s incredibly knowledgeable and honest, which I really appreciated. The office is spotless, modern, and organized—it honestly feels more like a boutique than a clinic. Highly recommend if you want great care and a team that treats you like family!
