Horrible, no one picks up the phone, so I came in person. I waited 15mins at the desk and the lady said its a 2hour wait and two people called out sick. What kind of medical facilities do we run in this country? Call an ambulance I guess...

Being from out of town, I was nervous to try a new urgent care based on prior bad experiences. But this was quite the opposite, and I had such a great experience from start to finish. I was able to preregister and skip the line, which was such a plus. The staff was very friendly and all around helpful, and the PA was extremely warm and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location.

My visit here was absolutely amazing and I will refer all of my friends and family from the front desk to the end of my time here it was truly a blessing I was not expecting. Ms. Alekhya Yalamanchili made me very comfortable. She took her time and walked me through every step. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout every second of the process and I couldn’t have asked god for anyone better. I am very grateful for this place. If I could give 100 stars I would.
