My mom had gone to Patkland and they just discharged her. She got sicker and I brought her here. She was diagnosed and given medication. The Doctors are very knowledgeable. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Maggie and Dr Hellman and I think the other gentleman’s name was Austin? Were great! They were busy when I arrived after checking in online but were super nice and welcoming! I would recommend this office to anyone in the area who needs to get seen for any health concerns. Thank you team!

This was absolutely unsafe care. I needed a TB blood test for work. I called the office and was on hold for 25 minutes. While on the phone with office staff, it was obvious that the office staff was very confused. She placed me hold several times to verify information with a colleague. Office staff confirmed that they could complete my requested blood work. She requested I schedule an appointment on their online system which I did. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and when I received a text message to come in to the office. Upon arrival the office staff violated HIPAA by asking “Hi are you McKenzie?” I confirmed I was not. They never verified any of my information. They the charged me an additional fee for an office visit (per their website this is not needed for my blood draw). When I questioned this they still stated I had to pay but called their office manager who confirmed I should not have been charged. Once I was taken back for my blood work, the tech or RN (no visible badge) did not verify any of my information now did she verify the blood work I was having done. Once she drew the blood, she did not label it nor put it in a sealed bag. I asked that it be confirmed in front of me. She left the room to get her laptop and left the unlabeled sample unmonitored with me. When she returned with her laptop she confirmed my information and the blood test but again did not label the sample. I again insisted that it be labeled in front of me as is best practice and JCHO standard. She left, again leaving the sample, and returned with a label for the specimen. I could see the label and visually confirmed it was my information but the employee did not ask for my information prior to labeling the sample. Extremely unsafe care being provided and I cringe to think if they cannot handle simple tests how unsafe more advanced care is.

Came in with an allergic reaction (chose this UC because of its reviews for speedy service) and was seen right away. Dr. Kennedy Kilderry and her nurse Roxanna were professional, thorough and comforting. They talked me through the whole care process and alleviated my concerns, monitoring me through the peak of the reaction and re-checking my vitals before releasing me. I'll definitely be returning if I need a quick appointment and optimal care in Dallas!

Emily was the receptionist and she was WONDERFUL! She explained the process to me and provided paperwork, she also had a great vibe! Lab tech was wonderful she went step by step on how to complete my exam. There was a problem with the system but I was in and out without a problem! 10/10 Recommended.
