The problem I have with this car wash is they say they're going to. Dry your car and you feel obligated to give a tip and yet you still have to dry your car because they don't do a very good job with that. So now I bypass that section and I just drive the car myself.
Turbo Shine is very convenient and cost effective. As a member, your license plate is automatically scanned, the gate opens and you have priority over non-members in line. Employees wipe down the car when you exit the car wash, so no water spots. They provide many vacuum spaces for you to vacuum your own car. I love their convenience and proximity to my home.
Don’t go here if you have a roof rack on your vehicle and you want to keep it. My wife went here and they didn’t adjust the car wash for proper clearance like they’re supposed to. The roof rack was ripped off of our vehicle and it’s thrashed so it can’t be be put back on. Also, our vehicle now has an 8 inch scratch in the paint + a dent on the hood. Update: I just saw it in person and it’s actually got several dents with deep scratches all over the hood of the car. We’re lucky they didn’t shatter the windshield from the looks of the damage, since there’s a scuff or possibly a crack on it. This is unacceptable.
Great wash for the price, easy to be a member. Friendly staff! Its nice that they towel dry your car and vacuums work great and I like that they give you a real towel!
Amazing!! They give you a complimentary towel to clean off the inside surfaces while your vehicle is gliding through. Then they hand dry your mirrors and windows!! It was my first time and everyone was so helpful. 10/10 service. The vacuums actually worked too
